Attendance is mandatory at this meeting – each parish soccer program must be represented by at least one person. If the coordinator is unable to attend, the program must be represented by someone else, for example, a coach or parent.

A fee of $100 will be charged to any parish soccer program which is not represented at this meeting.
It is strongly recommended that each coordinator arrange in advance for someone to serve as an alternate and to be available to attend this meeting in the event that the coordinator (or his/her designated representative) is unable at the last minute to attend for any reason. Parishes are encouraged to send multiple representatives.

The agenda for the meeting will include distribution of team and player registration forms.

Please be prepared to provide an estimate of the number of teams you expect to register in Under-12 Boys and Girls in the 8v8 and 11v11 brackets – this information is critical for determining in advance the viability of having both brackets in the U-12 age group for both the boys and girls.
