PRE-SEASON COORDINATORS MEETING

Date: Thursday --- July 22, 2021
Time: 7:00 P.M.
Location: St. Ursula Parish in the St. Ursula Spiritual Center
The Spiritual Center is located behind the Church
8801 Harford Road Baltimore, MD 21234

Directions: Take Beltway (I-695) exit 31 (Harford Road) south towards Parkville.
The entrance to the Church Parking Lot is on the left side of Harford Road just before the traffic light at the top of the hill.

COVID-19: There is no requirement to wear a mask at this meeting.

The ABSP Executive Board strongly recommends that each Parish Soccer Program be represented by at least one person. If the Parish Soccer Coordinator is unable to attend this meeting, the Program may be represented by someone else, for example, a coach or parent. It is strongly recommended that each Coordinator arrange in advance for someone to serve as an alternate and to be available to attend this meeting in the event that the Coordinator (or his/her designated representative) is unable at the last minute to attend for any reason. Parishes are encouraged to send multiple representatives.
The agenda for the meeting will include distribution of team registration materials and player registration materials as well as discussion of changes (if any) that have been made in the off season and that will be in force during the 2021 soccer season. In the event that a Parish Soccer Program cannot be represented at this meeting, arrangements will be made to provide any required registration forms and related materials.
In addition, there will be time provided for any comments or questions concerning the 2021 Fall Soccer Season, including any questions related to COVID-19 or the new Coaches Training Sessions.

Please inform Charlie Laur (Treasurer@abspweb.com) of any changes in your Parish Soccer Coordinator or if there is any change in your parish’s participation this year. In addition, if you are aware of any hot issues that require our attention prior to the beginning of the season or if you have any questions, please contact Charlie Laur prior to the meeting to discuss.
