IMPORTANT DATES FOR 2016
July 14th: Mandatory Pre-Season Coordinators Meeting to be held at Sacred Heart Glyndon School (Mother Seton Room) beginning at 7 P.M. Team & Player Registration Materials will be distributed.
August 16th: Deadline for submitting Team Registration materials to Charlie Laur (Scheduling Committee). Includes Team Registration Forms, Team Registration Receipt with check for fees, Field Information Form, and Contact Information Form.
September 10th: Season begins for boys’ non-clinic teams and all clinic teams.
September 11th: Season begins for girls’ non-clinic teams.
September 12th: Deadline for submitting Referee Fees Payment.
September 19th: Deadline for submitting completed Player Registration Forms (Rosters) and Waivers to the Board Member assigned to your parish. Please refer to the Roster Instructions for the name of the Board Member assigned to your parish.
November 1st: Final date for submitting roster changes.
November 12th & 13th: Last weekend of the regular season.
November 19th & 20th: Open weekend which will be used for the re-scheduling of games cancelled due to inclement weather or bad field conditions.
December: Mandatory Post-Season Coordinators Meeting.
Trophies Distributed. Election of Board Members.

AGE GROUP CUTOFF DATES FOR 2016
Clinic/Under-8: Children born on August 1, 2008 or later.
Under-10: Children born on August 1, 2006 or later.
Under-12: Children born on August 1, 2004 or later.
Under-14: Children born on January 1, 2002 or later.
