Attendance is mandatory at this meeting – each parish soccer program must be represented by at least one person. If the coordinator is unable to attend, the program should be represented by someone else, for example, a coach or parent. It is strongly recommended that each coordinator arrange in advance for someone to serve as an alternate and to be available to attend this meeting in the event that the coordinator (or his/her designated representative) is unable at the last minute to attend for any reason. Parishes are encouraged to send multiple representatives.

The agenda for the meeting will include distribution of team registration materials and player registration forms as well as discussion of changes that have been made in the off season which will be in force during the 2016 soccer season (including new guidelines on Heading). Each parish soccer program is responsible for knowing and handling all written and verbal information provided at the meeting.
Please inform Charlie Laur (cfl1946@hotmail.com) of any change(s) in your parish soccer coordinator(s) or if there is any change in your parish’s participation this coming year.
If you are aware of any hot issues that require our attention prior to the beginning of the season or if you have any questions, please contact Charlie Laur prior to the meeting to discuss.
